Partnering With GMS

Wherever possible, we aim to turn our business relationships into partnerships. This means finding a way that the relationship can offer benefits to both us and our partner. There are three main groups with whom we partner: clients, suppliers and 'related service providers'.

With clients, this means working together long-term to find new ways in which we can help build their businesses. With suppliers we try to ensure that we build their business through building our own. With both suppliers and 'related service providers', we also look for areas where our services could be used to help sell more to their current clients, or bring on new clients.

'Related service providers' are companies whose products or services can work alongside our own. In some cases a company is both a supplier and a related service provider. Related service providers are the partner companies that we generally refer to just as 'partners'. The idea of these partnerships is to integrate our services into their offering in a way that benefits their business.

This can mean that our services allow them to offer their clients a new service. It can mean that they can make their products or services more functional or flexible. It may mean that they can charge more for an existing service when provided alongside our own. It could open up new markets for their products or services.

We also work with partners to develop new products. AER Music is one such example. AER was developed with Leisure Sound Solutions as a music service for aerobics instructors. This is an excellent demonstration of how our software can be used to develop new avenues for our partners' businesses.

These partners include businesses such as audio installers, music profilers, hardware providers, EPOS suppliers and shop-fitters. In some cases we use their services, in some they use ours, and in others we offer a joint service to our clients. The thing they all have in common is that our services are used to drive additional revenue for their businesses. We always ensure that such partners are well rewarded for choosing to work with us.
